Job Description:

• Own and manage the entire RPAS fleet in India, including deployment, maintenance, utilization, and lifecycle management.
• Lead and manage RPAS pilots and aviation personnel, ensuring high standards of discipline, safety, and performance.
• Ensure full DGCA compliance for all RPAS operations, including certifications, approvals, SOPs, audits, and airspace coordination.
• Implement and enforce global aviation policies, safety management systems (SMS), and SOPs within India operations.
• Act as the primary interface between India operations and the Global Aviation team, ensuring alignment, reporting, and best-practice adoption.
• Partner closely with Project, Engineering, and Operations teams to enable timely and reliable UAV deployment across projects.
• Manage OEMs, vendors, and MRO partners for drones, payloads, and spares.
• Drive cost control, fleet uptime, and productivity metrics.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for aviation safety and operational risk in India.
