Framework Agreement Execution

  • Translate existing framework agreements into executable project contracts through planning, negotiation, and agreement with customers.
  • Ensure project-level commercial terms align with the master framework and Infravision’s Delegation of Authority.
  • Track and report on utilisation of committed volumes under framework agreements.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing key customers, serving as a primary commercial contact for project contracting.
  • Work with customer teams to anticipate upcoming project needs, timelines and contracting requirements.
  • Partner with the Chief Customer and Aviation Officer to advance strategic relationships and identify additional growth opportunities.

3. Technical Estimation & Commercial Support

  • Collaborate with local operations teams and leadership to scope and price drone-enabled stringing services.
  • Ensure project budgets, schedules, and commercial terms reflect realistic delivery capability.
  • Provide commercial input into project planning and estimation to minimise risk and protect margins.

4. Collaboration with Operations & Leadership

  • Work closely with local operations leadership to ensure project commitments are deliverable and supported by resource planning.
  • Support knowledge transfer across regions, sharing lessons learned from India’s large-scale deployments.
  • Provide commercial insight to leadership on customer priorities, risks, and opportunities.

5. Market & Contract Intelligence

  • Monitor customer investment programs, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements in India.
  • Provide insights to inform strategy, pricing, and future framework agreement negotiations.
  • Represent Infravision at customer forums, industry events, and relevant technical discussions.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, prepare minutes, and drive closure on action items.
