Job Description: Inventory Oversight &amp; Documentation <ul> <li>Maintain master records of material movement across sites</li> <li>Reconcile physical vs. system stock reports, flag discrepancies</li> <li>Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue documentation</li> </ul> 2. Coordination with Sites &amp; Vendors <ul> <li>Liaise with site storekeepers for stock updates and replenishment needs</li> <li>Coordinate dispatches, returns, and inter-site transfers</li> <li>Track vendor deliveries and escalate delays or quality issues</li> </ul> 3. System &amp; Compliance Management <ul> <li>Update online systems with accurate stock data</li> <li>Ensure adherence to company SOPs and audit requirements</li> <li>Support internal and external audits with required documentation</li> </ul> 4. Reporting &amp; Analysis <ul> <li>Generate MIS reports on stock levels, consumption, and aging</li> <li>Highlight slow-moving or excess inventory for disposal planning</li> <li>Assist in budget forecasting based on material trends</li> </ul>
