1.Office & Facility

  • Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, courier, and front office operations.
  • Manage leases, renewals, and agreements for office and guesthouse premises.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance of infrastructure, utilities, and office equipment.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office assets, cleanliness, and safety standards.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify and negotiate with vendors for facilities, travel, and administrative services.
  • Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensure timely renewals and service delivery.
  • Monitor vendor performance and control administrative budgets.

3. Travel & Logistics

  • Oversee employee travel arrangements, including ticketing, hotel booking, and local transport.
  • Implement travel policies and ensure cost optimization.
  • Support project site logistics for deployment and relocation.

4. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms related to admin functions.
  • Maintain all licenses, agreements, and documentation for audits.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for vendor payments and
    • expense tracking.

5. Asset & Inventory Management

    • Maintain accurate inventory of assets, furniture, IT peripherals, and consumables.
    • Ensure tagging, periodic audit, and reconciliation of assets.

6. Employee Support & Event Management

    • Facilitate onboarding logistics for new joiners (ID cards, seating, system setup, etc.).
    • Organize employee engagement events, welfare activities, and official functions.
    • Act as a key contact for all administrative support queries.

7. Site Administration (if applicable)

    • Supervise admin activities at project sites – accommodation, transport, canteen, and security.
    • Liaise with site leads to ensure smooth coordination between HO and site
