- Coordinate with project, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress trackers, and dashboards using MS Project.
- Monitor project performance parameters such as cost, time, and quality against defined baselines.
- Develop project cost estimates and budgets in coordination with finance and project control teams.
- Track, control, and analyze project expenditures versus approved budgets; identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning to ensure minimal execution delays.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, and variance analyses for management review.
- Support the mangement in strategic project monitoring, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate with clients for progress updates, milestone approvals, and timely resolution of project issues.
- Present project insights, achievements, and challenges to senior management during review meetings.
- Prepare and present report on variation in scope of work wrt contract.
- Prepare management presentations, performance dashboards, and strategic reports for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and reporting systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project data and ensure readiness for audits and management references.
- Contribute to developing and implementing project control frameworks, digital monitoring tools, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project coordination and planning capabilities with experience in EPC transmission line projects.
- Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project/ MS office/ Company's adopted office tool and analytics dashboards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of EPC project execution practices in the transmission and power sector.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform under tight deadlines.
- Exposure to digital project monitoring systems and MIS reporting frameworks
