Site Execution &amp; Planning <ul> <li>Prepare and review stringing plans, sag charts, and tension calculations.</li> <li>Conduct route surveys and assess terrain challenges for optimized stringing methodology.</li> <li>Supervise stringing operations including pilot wire installation, tensioning, sagging, and clipping.</li> </ul> <ul> <li> Coordination &amp; Compliance <ul> <li>Liaise with erection teams, safety officers, and subcontractors to ensure synchronized execution.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety norms, and statutory guidelines.</li> <li>Coordinate with PMO and client representatives for inspections and approvals.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Technical Oversight <ul> <li>Monitor use of stringing equipment (winches, tensioners, dynamometers, etc.) and ensure calibration.</li> <li>Resolve technical issues related to conductor handling, tower clearances, and right-of-way constraints.</li> <li>Maintain documentation of stringing progress, quality checks, and safety audits.</li> </ul> </li> <li> Reporting &amp; Documentation <ul> <li>Prepare daily progress reports, deviation logs, and material reconciliation.</li> <li>Support in preparing stringing completion certificates and handover documentation.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
