You’ll play a key part in both day-to-day site execution and supporting the rollout of innovative new technologies that are reshaping the transmission industry. This is your chance to make a tangible impact — building great teams, delivering great projects, and driving progress in an exciting, fast-evolving environment.

Key responsibilities:

What we are looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Aviation, or a related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience in field operations.
  • Proven experience leading field teams in construction, utilities, or industrial projects, ideally high-voltage transmission or energy infrastructure.
  • Understanding, background and experience in power line transmission conductor installation. Working knowledge in the operation of stringing equipment, including pullers, tensioners, bucket trucks, cranes, etc.

Specialist Knowledge:

  • Commercial drone/RPAS operations and FAA (or local aviation) regulations.
  • High-voltage site hazards, rigging, and heavy machinery operations.
  • Safety, risk management, and OHSE compliance.
  • Strong project planning, logistics coordination, mentoring, and operational problem-solving abilities.

Attributes:

Hands-on, proactive, and able to lead multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
