Job Description:

Supervise stringing operations for 132kV to 765kV transmission lines, including tensioning and sagging

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and HSE standards during all stringing activities

· Interpret stringing plans, engineering drawings, and sag charts for accurate execution

· Coordinate with foundation, erection, and quality teams to align stringing schedules

· Inspect tools, equipment (e.g., TSE machines, sag bridges), and materials before use

· Monitor progress and resolve site-level issues to avoid delays or rework

· Maintain daily progress reports and ensure documentation of stringing activities

· Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for manpower, equipment, and material readiness

· Support audits and client inspections by ensuring quality and safety compliance
