Job Description:
- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
- Prepare GRNs, stock registers, and maintain records in line with ISO and QHSE standards.
- Follow up on deliveries, discrepancies, and documentation like challans and invoices.
- Generate daily/weekly consumption reports and highlight variances or shortages.
- Ensure safe storage practices and maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.
- Monitor tools, equipment, and consumables issued to site teams.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; diploma in Materials Management preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in store operations within EPC, construction, or manufacturing sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Understanding of SAP & ERP Systems.
- Diploma in stores management is an added advantage.
