Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that would aid the attraction of top talents for all roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Ensure all job roles have Job description.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final selection rounds.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize processes.
- Carryout periodic manpower planning to ensure adequate staff requirement.
- Build a database of talents for key roles within the Organization.
- Design an onboarding and induction framework to drive the integration of new hires into the system.
- Conduct post-employment surveys of new hires and propose ideas on how to improve the onboarding system.
Carryout end to end process for all internal redeployment.
