Job Description: Manage End to end stringing activity for Green field &amp; brownfield projects as per the SOP: <ul> <li>Lead site execution activities for end to end stringing works.</li> <li>Ensure effective communication within internal &amp; external stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure 100% work as per QHSE standards during charged &amp; uncharged conditions.</li> <li>Coordinate with the client to ensure targets are achieved as planned.</li> <li>Ensure site compliances as per local utility &amp; client requirements.</li> <li>Ensure ground liaison with local stakeholders to avoid work interruption</li> <li>Ensure close coordination among Drone pilots, fitters &amp; technicians for work completion as per the guidelines.</li> <li>Supervise all daily activities at site including working plan for smaller EPcs, gangs to ensure monthly targets set by the manager. </li> </ul> Ensure 100% QHSE Standards: <ul> <li>Lead safety &amp; quality protocols at site, ensure daily tool box talk.</li> <li>Ensure all Safety PPEs &amp; first aid kits at site during work execution.</li> <li>All site related compliances need to be ensured &amp; documented during charged &amp; discharged working conditions.</li> </ul>
