Job Description:

Accountable for ensuring that all activities are executed in full compliance with applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards, regulations, and best practices fostering a culture of quality, safety and accountability.
This role holder will also drive the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001, ensuring that the Organization’s IMS is fully compliant with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership

• Champion quality assurance, control, and EHS initiatives aligned with company’s long-term business strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to embed quality and EHS priorities across operations.
• Define and track Quality & EHS Objectives, KPIs, and key business outcomes.
• Represent Infravision in external industry platforms and regulatory forums as a thought leader in Quality and EHS.
• Promote a Just Culture philosophy

• Quality Management

• Collaborate on design and implementation of enterprise-wide quality frameworks, standards, and SOPs.
• Lead Operartions-wide audits, assessments, and CAPA processes to drive quality compliance and accountability.
• Establish zero-defect manufacturing and project delivery through upstream quality improvements at vendor and plant levels.
• Own implementation and effectiveness of ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Introduce risk-based quality practices to anticipate project challenges and drive resilient quality planning.

• EHS Management

• Develop and maintain EHS systems in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, and local laws.
• Promote a culture of “zero harm” through site-level safety leadership and behavioural interventions.
• Manage environmental performance by tracking sustainability metrics, ensuring legal compliance, and minimizing ecological impact.
• Lead hazard analysis and mitigation programs to prevent workplace incidents.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Build and mentor a high-performance Quality and EHS team across projects and geographies.
• All project site teams will report to HSEQ Manager.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen shared ownership of quality and safety outcomes.
• Implement training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors to boost capability in compliance, quality systems, and safety protocols.
