We are searching for a Jr. Commercial Planning Analyst to join our talented Commercial team in Berlin - hybrid (3 days per week minimum).
As a Jr. Commercial Planning Analyst, you will:
- Support the Commercial Team bringing data-driven insights from your analysis (key Grover KPIs, transactional and customer behaviour data, market research, and others).
- Plan and forecast to scale-up the business.
- Create reports/dashboards and present the outcome to decision makers and C-Level.
- Develop KPIs and implement them into the current structure for performance improvement.
- Play a crucial role in the commercial area by doing the projection of assets needed to meet consumer demand and seasonality.
- Work closely with Procurement and Category Management teams.
- Monitor performance and stock to meet our targets: prevent out of stocks, maintain a good balance of stock in hand.

As a Jr. Commercial Planning Analyst, you should have:
- Ideally, 1-2 years of e-commerce experience in a similar analytical role or roles related with pricing, finance, BI, and/or consulting.
- Ability to synthesize a problem, make hypotheses, be efficient with your analytical approach and then concisely present findings and solutions.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace. SQL is a plus.
- Deeply data-driven and analytical mindset with knowledge of e-commerce economic units and good understanding of financial KPIs.
- Great communication skills, flexible mentality and excitement towards new challenges.
- Hands-on and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in English, German is a plus.
