What You’ll Do ✨
As a Customer Education Intern, your role will focus on helping customers master our platform through compelling educational content. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to ensure the educational content is aligned with overall goals and customer needs. Here is some of what you will do:
🎬 Create engaging scripts for webinars and short video tutorials.
🎥 Use simple video editing platforms (e.g., Synthesia) to produce and edit educational content.
📚 Develop platform tutorials that make complex concepts easy to understand.
📝 Assist in updating and creating knowledge base articles and other educational materials (our AI ChatBot will thank you! 🤖).
🎨 Collaborate with the team to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with our brand.
💡 Contribute creative ideas to improve customer retention through education.
What You Bring 🎒
🌍 Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
🤓 A curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
🗣️ Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, digestible formats.
🎨 A knack for design and visuals—you understand how to create compelling presentations and video content.
🌱 An interest in sustainability and helping businesses on their carbon reduction journey.
Bonus Points 🎯
🎬 Experience using video editing platforms or creating educational content.
💻 Knowledge of the SaaS space and customer success.
