Responsibilities:

There are 2 main aspects to the role. We're looking for someone to manage all of Greenly internal legal matters, but also to support the business and product teams in understanding climate regulations.

• Contract Management: Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements and other legal document. You will be a key player in supporting our sales teams by providing legal insights and facilitating smooth business operations.

• Legal Business Partner: support all teams with legal matters, for example HR (employment topics), Product (IP), potential litigations and dispute resolutions matters, compliance (including RGPD), corporate matters... You will be expected to be polyvalent, keen to learn topics outside of your area of expertise, and work closely with our external counsels when needed

• Regulatory Insight: Develop and update concise one-pagers on various environmental and legal regulations for our teams (sales and marketing, but also product). This requires staying abreast of the latest legal developments within our industry, enabling us to adapt and thrive.

• Research and Product Development: Conduct comprehensive research on Climate, Carbon, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations. Your insights will directly influence the design and features of our products, helping our customers comply with complex regulations.
