Your Role 🌱

As a Sales Engineer, you are pivotal in bridging the gap between the worlds of sales and engineering. Your primary role is to support our sales teams in technical presentations, demonstrations, and the technical evaluation stage of the sales process. You will be working closely with potential and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and propose solutions that meet their needs. 🚀

The team works with SMEs and key accounts in all business sectors in France and internationally.

Your Objectives 🎯

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support during the sales process to secure new business and expand existing accounts.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring our product solutions meet their technical and business requirements. ✨

  • Drive the technical discovery process, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and how our products align with them.

  • Foster strong relationships with the product development teams to provide feedback from the field and influence product enhancements and roadmap. 🏗️

Your Responsibilities 🤝

Technical Sales Support:

  • Conduct detailed technical presentations and demonstrations of our products, tailored to the audience's expertise and interests.

  • Respond to technical questions and concerns during the sales cycle, providing clear and comprehensive answers.

Solution Design and Customization:

  • Work with customers to identify their technical needs and requirements.

  • Design and propose custom solutions that meet these requirements, ensuring alignment with our product capabilities. 🌱

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements and future roadmap decisions.

  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on account approaches and to understand the technical aspects of potential deals.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market intelligence to maintain a competitive edge. 👍

  • Participate in continuous training on our products and their applications in different industries.

  • The Sales team, to ensure technical accuracy and relevancy in all sales engagements.

  • Product Management, to provide feedback from the field and advocate for features that meet market needs.

  • Customer Success, to ensure a seamless transition post-sale and to support customer adoption and satisfaction. 💚
