Join Greenly's Engineering team as a Lead Software Engineer, you will lead a squad of dev and be a technical reference for them. You will be owner of the delivery of the team and will be able to influence our technical stack and our product roadmap. Joining a young, skilled and motivated team, you will be able to bring your expertise to the team and contribute to the growth of the Technical department.

More specifically, you will join the Sustainable Procurement team and will lead a squad of 4 developers. The team is in charge of helping our clients to engage their supply chain in order to meet their reduction targets. You will improve and develop new features making it possible to easily engage suppliers in fighting climate change. Indeed, the platform allows to easily send questionnaires to suppliers to evaluate their climate strategy and then help them in getting more involved.

Duties and Responsibilities 🤝

🔧 Technical Leadership: Your main task will be to lead the delivery of a squad of developers. This is hands-on job where coding will represent at least half of your time. You will organize and oversee the reviewing of your code, the pair-programming sessions, and the overall code quality.

🤝 Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

📈 Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects within your squad, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will work closely with other squad leaders under the coordination of a VP of engineering and the CTO.
