1. Design Strategy:

* Develop the creative vision and design strategy aligned with company objectives 🎯

* Design innovative solutions to enhance user experience on web and mobile platforms 🧑‍💻

* Oversee the design and development of the platform (the product), ensuring they reflect the brand's values and aesthetics ⚒️

1. Team Management:

* Supervise and lead a team of designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring a balance between creativity and adherence to tight deadlines 🌱

* Effectively prioritize and assign tasks to meet project deadlines, maintaining a high level of excellence in execution
