This internship/apprenticeship is available from December 2023 for a period of 6 months or 1 year.

By joining us, you will be part of Greenly's Success team, whose role is to centralize all user requests.

As a Climate Success (intern), under the responsibility of Laurent (Head of Growth) and in close collaboration with the Sales, Climate expert, and Product team, your missions will be the following

  • Qualify and escalate incoming tickets on Cycle App to the Marketing & Product team

  • Follow-up tickets on Intercom and follow-up if necessary. Communicate with the different teams (product, climate expert, and marketing) on the resolution of incidents.

  • Improve support processes: you will be a driving force behind the various support processes (use of the ticketing tool), automation, dashboards, etc.

  • Participate in team events and be supported by your peers on a daily basis

  • Documenting problems encountered by customers (writing articles in the knowledge base for frequently asked questions to improve user understanding)

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes

  • Handle requests from all of our customers' suppliers to develop a product roadmap
