The Growth & Ads team needs an Ads Manager Intern to help us supporting our growth and expansion internationally (UK and US). You will directly contribute to defining, implementing, and optimizing SEA and social ads campaigns to improve conversion rates and brand awareness.

Your main tasks and responsibilities :

• Create social ads campaigns (Mainly LinkedIn Ads & Facebook Ads) and Monitor campaign performance and budgets to ensure optimal results. Continuously A/B test ad variations to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.

• Continuous optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Create new content, AB testing ads titles and descriptions, add new keywords, etc…)

• Create Ads briefs for the creative team (imagining new concepts, write taglines, identify what worked previously and iterate)

• Review english content for Ads landing pages

• Analyze campaigns performances data and optimize for maximum impact

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team in the US/UK : identify new market opportunities, work on ICPs and audiences

• Run benchmark & competitor analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify valuable search terms and trends. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
