Greenly's objectives are to develop its reputation, promote its activities around the world, increase the commitment of its audiences and contribute to raising awareness of climate issues among all individuals. Greenly is looking for a content and social media communications assistant, on a 12-24-month internship. Reporting to our Brand Manager and CMO, you will take part in the department's various activities, focusing on the following tasks.

Creating content and managing social networks (90%)

• Writing publications for social networks (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) in line with Greenly's editorial strategy ✍️

• Create visuals and video montages (mainly with Figma for visuals, as required for videos) 🎨

• Proactively proposing content adapted to the editorial strategy for the company and for Greenly's teams, who are the brand's ambassadors 📤

• Help draw up the editorial calendar and prepare the editorial committee 📅

• Publish content and moderate messages and comments 💬

• Analyse social media performance on a monthly basis 📈

• Help the team to create training materials on best practice in social media 📚

• Monitor new formats, best practices and tools for social networks 📝

• Identify digital influencers on our topics and help create partnerships to produce content that raises awareness among companies and individuals 💎

Project management (10%)

• Contribute to the development and updating of global coordination tools: communication calendar, best practice documents, training kits, timetables, etc 👀

• Keep up to date and share communication trends with the team 👨‍🍳
