As a Partnership Manager, you'll have a big role in boosting our partner network's growth ๐ Your main focus will be managing the recruitment and assessment of incoming partners to help us hit our global goals. You'll team up closely with the Marketing crew to line up strategies, make the most of marketing resources, and run campaigns with precision to amp up performance from web leads ๐ฏ You'll also make sure the whole Greenly team gets what partnerships are all about. You'll also take the lead in handling partner acquisition, getting them up and running, and keeping them engaged in the French region. Your role will be key in spreading our partner connections and driving up revenue ๐
Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Partner Recruitment and Qualification**
- Deliver a minimum of qualified partners monthly to fortify the overall partner pipeline.
2. Collaboration with Marketing and overall team:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to devise and execute joint marketing campaigns, encompassing case studies, ad campaigns, and other promotional endeavors, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Keep the partner directory and website partner pages current and optimized to enhance partner visibility and facilitate comprehension of our value proposition.
Educate and continuously update the team about various partnership types and models to ensure that inbound leads are generated collaboratively across the entire team!
3. Acquisition & Activation:
Spearhead the acquisition and activation of partners meticulously targeted for the French market.
Skillfully negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring crystal-clear terms regarding referral and resell commissions.
Foster and uphold robust relationships with partners to ensure sustained engagement and attainment of revenue goals.
