Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • 🤝 Be the friendly face of Greenly, delighting our customers with personalized interactions

  • 💖Build and manage a customer support team to scale carbon management globally

  • ⚙️Structure and automate the way we process customer requests

  • 📚 Organize and enrich our knowledge base, providing a valuable resource for both customers and the team

  • 🚀 Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution

  • 🌟 Elevate NPS and Retention Rate: Your dedication to delivering exceptional experiences will boost our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and ensure customers stick around for the long run!
