Greenly's Growth team is expanding to meet the strong growth we have experienced over the past year, and we're looking for someone to help us on the Growth Engineer side of whose objective will be to provide technical support to the marketing teams on cross-cutting issues (Tech, Data & Marketing).
By joining us, you will be part of our Marketing team, which currently consists of 20 people, divided between the data, sales, partnerships and brand divisions.
On a daily basis, you will support the technical initiatives of the marketing team members in order to help them gain agility and autonomy. You will use your technical profile on fast-growing business issues in order to generate ever more qualitative leads, sources of growth.
You want to create, experiment and build end-to-end solutions with a direct impact on a marketing domain. 🎯
You will work hand in hand with Pierre Chabannon (Growth Engineer Manager), Laurent Levrey (Head of Growth) and Florian Declerck (Web Manager).
Your missions :
Technically accompany the marketing teams to structure and optimize our conversions: building tracking tools with our partners, setting up tools to track relevant business data, setting up dedicated landing pages.
Provide technical support to the Sales team in the construction of their tools: construction, organization and follow-up of the Sales team's lead databases
Develop lead nurturing campaigns using tools (Phantombuster, Dropcontact, Lusha, Segment, Zapier...) and with code and API integrations
Optimize our automation tools and models and ensure their robustness
Collaborate with Product/Tech, Sales and Ops teams on cross-functional projects to quickly implement and test technical solutions
Work in collaboration with the Data team to define and develop performance measurement tools for operational activities and associated dashboards
Participate in the construction of the Growth strategy Evaluate our tools and continuously suggest performance improvements Document and update our Growth processes
Improve the technical practices of the team
