The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and independent Summer Associate to support key strategic projects across our Impact division. Our team is small and nimble, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration between our investment, LP engagement, and portfolio value creation efforts. The summer is a time when we sharpen our internal processes and focus on delivering meaningful services to our portfolio companies. This role will contribute directly to that work, supporting projects that span ESG and impact data infrastructure and hands-on portfolio engagement.
Key Projects
- Impact & ESG Data Systems: Support the consolidation and streamlining of our internal ESG and impact data collection and management processes.
- Portfolio Value Creation: Contribute to the design and delivery of services that accelerate impact excellence for our portfolio companies.
- Who You Are
- A highly organized self-starter with an operator’s mindset
- Curious about or looking to enter the sustainability and/or energy space
- Experienced in project management and data analytics
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI and Notion is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams

We are seeking candidates available for an 8-10 week summer intern, starting June 23rd, 2025. Compensation for this role is $35/hour for students pursuing a graduate degree.
