EIP is seeking for an executive assistant to provide executive support and account management support for the Customer Experience team EIP Partner(s) in the EIP HQ office in NYC. This is an excellent opportunity for an executive assistant looking to learn more about the operational side of an investment firm. This position reports directly to the Head of Impact & Customer Experience and is a hybrid opportunity.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Provide project management support for the Customer Experience team
- Provide direct account management support for the Customer Experience team
- Managing all standard & bespoke communications with LPs
- In collaboration with the Customer Experience team, provide project management support for all LP events annually
