The Enchanted Rock solution brings together patented technologies, advanced dual-purpose microgrid designs and integrated end-to-end services. The Power is On and we keep it on.

What you’ll do…

The Prime Power Site Manager is the senior on-site leader responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a large natural gas–powered prime power microgrid serving a customer facility. This role has full accountability for site operations, maintenance execution, safety performance, workforce leadership, and customer interface.

This position is intentionally designed as a single-site, fixed-location leadership role with end-to-end ownership of site outcomes. The Site Manager sets operational standards, establishes rhythm and discipline across shifts, and ensures the site consistently meets uptime, availability, production, emissions, and safety targets.

In addition to internal leadership responsibilities, the Site Manager serves as the primary interface with the customer at the site, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment on operational performance. The role also carries community engagement responsibilities, including building local recruiting pipelines, developing vendor relationships, and representing Enchanted Rock as a long-term partner in the region.

This is a management and leadership role. While the Site Manager is expected to maintain strong technical understanding and operational credibility, day-to-day hands-on maintenance execution is not a primary responsibility. This role reports directly to the Prime Power Head.

You’ll make an impact by:

Operational Leadership & Site Performance

· Owning overall site performance, including uptime, availability, production, and emissions compliance.

· Establishing operational rhythm, maintenance pacing, and outage planning to support continuous, reliable operation.

· Ensuring maintenance activities are executed on time, to standard, and without overdue intervals.

Workforce Leadership & Development

· Leading Group Supervisors and on-site support staff to deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality execution.

· Setting clear expectations, reinforcing standards, and holding leaders accountable for results.

· Supporting onboarding, qualification, and ongoing development of supervisors and technicians.

Maintenance, Reliability & Continuous Improvement

· Driving disciplined execution of preventive, corrective, and reliability-focused maintenance programs.

· Ensuring issues are analyzed, escalated, and addressed to reduce repeat failures and operational risk.

· Maintaining accurate maintenance records and operational documentation.

Safety, Compliance & Quality

· Serving as the on-site leader for safety culture and compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

· Reinforcing quality standards for maintenance execution, documentation, and operational changes.

Customer & Community Engagement

· Acting as the primary interface with the customer site to provide transparency, build trust, and align on operational performance.

· Engaging with the local community to support recruiting pipelines, vendor partnerships, and long-term site success.

Requirements

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in power generation, industrial operations, utilities, energy, or other mission-critical operating environments.
  • At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, technicians, or skilled trades in a 24/7 operational setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems associated with generators, controls, and power distribution.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs and driving operational reliability.
  • Experience using CMMS systems and run-hour-based maintenance programs to manage work execution and performance.
  • Proven ability to interpret operational data, maintenance metrics, and performance trends to inform decisions and adjust priorities.
  • Strong safety leadership background with experience enforcing operational, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Experience serving as an operational point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Are a proven operations leader who thrives with full ownership and accountability for site performance.
  • Have experience leading leaders and building strong supervisory teams.
  • Are able to prioritize effectively, balance competing demands, and adapt execution as operational needs shift.
  • Communicate clearly, calmly, and transparently in both routine operations and high-impact situations.
  • Are safety-focused, standards-driven, and unwilling to compromise on safe execution.
  • Take pride in building durable systems, developing people, and driving consistent execution.
  • Are motivated to engage with the local community and build long-term partnerships that support site success.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to work in industrial and outdoor environments, including exposure to heat, humidity, and cold.
  • Regular presence in operating areas with exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment.
