What you’ll do…
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring across our manufacturing, operations, and technical functions. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience. You will develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies, keep pace with evolving hiring volumes, and adapt quickly as hiring priorities shift.
You will represent Enchanted Rock with professionalism in all internal and external interactions and contribute to building a reliable, diverse pipeline of talent that supports our fast-growing business.
This position is based in Houston, TX, with an option for a hybrid schedule.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Managing a high-volume requisition load across manufacturing, warehouse, electrical technician, and skilled trade roles.
- Conducting phone screens, coordinating onsite interviews, and ensuring consistent movement through the Enchanted Rock hiring process.
- Screening and prioritizing large applicant pools to identify qualified candidates.
- Supporting recruiting needs that shift frequently based on business demands and weekly production targets.
- Building strong onsite relationships with hiring managers and staying closely aligned with day-to-day staffing needs.
- Posting jobs and monitoring sourcing channels to ensure steady candidate flow.
- Using Excel/ reporting tools to maintain weekly hiring dashboards, pipeline reporting, and recruiting metrics.
- Ensuring accurate and timely candidate data entry within the ATS.
- Supporting background checks, offer details, and the handoff to onboarding.
- Attending and organizing local job fairs, hiring events, military recruiting events, and community outreach efforts.
- Representing Enchanted Rock professionally and enthusiastically in all external interactions.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
- Have experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, skilled trades, or technical hourly roles.
- Are energized by fast-moving, ever-changing priorities and can pivot quickly.
- Have strong community recruiting experience through job fairs, local schools, veteran programs, workforce centers, etc.
- Enjoy being onsite regularly and building strong relationships with operational leaders.
- Are comfortable with basic Excel functions/ reporting and data tracking.
- HR Certification through SHRM/HRCI
What you’ll need:
- HS diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of high volume hiring, preferably in manufacturing, energy, logistics, or skilled trades.
- Ability to manage 20+ active requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an ATS and supporting pre-employment processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy across many moving parts.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to be present onsite at least 2/3 days per week in Cypress, Tx.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance in hiring practices.
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient in employment law and immigration requirements
- Physical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 20 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
