  • Converting complex processes into visual formats (e.g., diagrams, flowcharts, annotated photos) that enhance clarity and usability.
  • Coordinating periodic reviews of operational policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current practices.
  • Conducting periodic gap analyses of the procedure library in collaboration with SMEs to identify areas where new documentation is needed.
  • Coordinating updates and corrective actions with Safety, Quality, and Operations.
  • Partnering with Safety and Quality teams to ensure procedures meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Working with Instructional Designers to align procedures with training content and qualification requirements.
  • Supporting standardization using templates, style guides, and documentation standards.
  • Managing the document submissions and tracking system and ensuring appropriate employees have access to current documentation.
  • Tracking metrics related to document status, review cycle times, and completion rates, providing insights to leadership on documentation trends and improvement opportunities.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:

  • Have experience in energy, utilities, manufacturing, or maintenance operations.
  • Are familiar with procedure or document control systems.
  • Have worked in learning and development environments or in close collaboration with instructional design teams.
  • Understand safety and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, OSHA, or EPA standards).
  • Can create or edit visual content to support procedures (e.g., photos, schematics, infographics).
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools such as Visio and Canva preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with SMEs, trainers, and leaders across the organization.
