What you’ll do…

At Enchanted Rock, our people are our greatest asset and we put a strong focus on providing the attention and development necessary to drive employee success. Construction Superintendent, Senior is responsible to Manage more complex medium voltage sites production of on site activities, provide daily progress reports, and quality reports. Update the Construction Coordinator to any deviation from drawings and work to resolve any site issues. Responsible for all Safety and Quality aspects of the site construction.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Having the ability to collaborate with operations, project, engineers, subcontractors, and etc. to provide a safe and quality deliverable with in project timelines.
  • Having the ability to review and understand provided drawings and ensure site is built to drawing / code / project requirements
  • Having the ability to complete daily construction reports, Safety JSA's, quality reports with will documented information
  • Having the ability to advise supervisor / engineering team of any deviations from drawings or issues on site to ensure plan forward prior to action being taken.
  • Having strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Being an effective communicator (written and verbal) with proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Being capable of resolving on-site issues, maintaining a clean job site, and supporting operations teams.
  • Being skilled in reviewing and providing schedule updates as needed.
  • Demonstrating Document Control skills
  • Demonstrating time management skills
  • Being proficient in prioritizing and understanding project sequences to ensure proper project execution
  • Participating in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network
  • Having the ability to lead meetings with outside vendors, contractors, utilities, and clients.
  • Having the ability to find solutions and overcoming problems that may impact the project

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:

  • Demonstrate thought-leadership in learning, challenging the status quo and achieving exceptional results
  • Possess excellent communication skills and an ability to influence a variety of audiences
  • Build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
  • Have experience working within agile methodologies
  • Have a Journeyman or Masters Electrical License
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience in Construction Management
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a relevant role
  • Minimum 10 years technical field experience; specifically with medium voltage construction projects & technology
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budget
  • The ability to understand business needs to drive buy-in among company leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment
  • 90% Field travel required
