What you’ll do…
At Enchanted Rock, our people are our greatest asset and we put a strong focus on providing the attention and development necessary to drive employee success. The Project Manager is in charge of overseeing the budget, reporting on the progress of the job, managing stakeholder engagement, communicating with team members and planning for the upcoming requirements of the project. The Project Manager is fully responsible for all aspects of Safety, Quality Delivery and Cost of the project. What becomes more critical as you take on the responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager is leadership and the ability to take a more strategic view of how a project is progressing, yet also be across the key day to day details. Also supports applications engineering with review and approval of capex and proposals

You’ll make an impact by:
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.
- Proficiency in various software applications.
- Ability to analyze financial information such as budgets, expenditures, cost and milestone forecasting, and overall project financial health.
- Ability to control costs by negotiating and optimizing resource allocations, performing risk assessments to forecast potential cost impacts, and mitigating these events to avoid budget overruns.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external senior management teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize, understand project sequence, and manage schedules, including critical path understanding, to ensure proper project execution.
- Ability to identify issues, find solutions, and overcome problems that may impact the project, including performing lessons learned and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Proven technical skills to support construction and engineering, resolve scope deviations from clients, vendors, or contractors, and ensure documentation is captured and stored throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to develop comprehensive project plans and process documents for complex sites.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team, using specialized tools and techniques to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks, while evaluating progress to detect limitations and improve efficiency.
- Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand professional networks.
- Proven ability to communicate to internal and external senior management teams.

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience.
- Project Management Certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role.
- Minimum 5+ years technical field experience; specifically with energy & technology.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budget.
- The ability to understand business needs to drive buy-in among company leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment
- Field travel required
