We are looking for an experienced MES Analyst to join our MES Support team. You will be the main point of contact providing on-site MES support to the Production, Engineering and Materials teams. You will collaborate internally to analyze and understand manufacturing and operational needs. You will then translate those needs into our MES, amongst other responsibilities listed below.

You will work onsite at our location in Devens, MA and report to the Manager of Manufacturing Process Engineering.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Product structures and process flows (options, bins, raw materials, data collections, etc.)
  • Define and maintain process flow and product definitions and SPC related information
  • Provide guidance and support to MES users, including: diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Perform or assist in root cause investigations and MES changes/updates
  • Train new users on how to use MES
  • Participate in implementation of new MES

Qualifications

  • BS degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • 3+ years’ Manufacturing Execution Systems experience
  • Experience working in hi-tech manufacturing company
  • ERP knowledge (MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other)
  • Familiarity with Arena PLM and Aegis MES experience

$86,000$114,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
