The Supply Chain & Procurement team is looking for an Inventory Specialist to facilitate internal factory logistics. You will be working onsite at our Devens MA office, reporting into the Logistics Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Inspect and document incoming materials and components for obvious damage
  • Picking against lists for work orders created by internal teams
  • Manage and monitor the flow of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and inspection areas
  • Maintain important levels of accuracy in daily transactions of materials movements / consumption with the ERP systems
  • Maintain best practices in inventory control including cycle counting
  • Support efficient utilization of space and material resources
  • Interface with Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve workflows, share visibility of store levels, and physical movements of materials
  • Ensure document control including upload processes into the ERP

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics procedures
  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Ability to lift and move packages in excess of 30 pounds

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
