We are looking for a Reliability Technician to join our R+D teams in Natick, MA. You will be responsible for supporting key reliability focused goals through SEM sample preparation and imaging, assisting in in-situ characterization tests and critical parameters monitoring. You will be working alongside a reliability engineers and other teams to collect crucial information for multidisciplinary teams across the company.

You will work onsite at our Natick, MA office and report into the Cell Failure Analysis Engineer.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Experience with using Instron for mechanical testing
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse and passionate engineering team
  • Conduct wide-range of characterization tests and/or accelerated stress tests (AST) that would enable understanding key technology failure modes
  • Prepare samples for various characterization techniques like SEM, XRF, ICP-MS
  • Execute experimental plans and/or prepare samples for failure analysis

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in an R&D laboratory or production support environment
  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training), AS degree in a Technical or STEM field
  • Highly reliable approach to data collection and documentation
  • Safety-conscious and ready to actively promote safe behavior and lab operations
  • Experience in utilizing characterization techniques like SEM, XRD, ICP-MS, IC, FTIR, etc.

$27$34.50 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
