We are looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety, Generalist to support the operations of our facilities in Devens, MA while providing additional support to teams in Natick, San Carlos, CA and San Jose, CA. You will work onsite and report into the EHS Manager. You will be joining a team responsible for walking production and lab areas, checking on jobs, facility safety audits as well as any paperwork or administrative tasks. You must be able to create documents and spreadsheets in MS Office suite and show an aptitude for learning the EHS aspects of our business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate with manufacturing teams in performing safety reviews, walkthroughs, documenting findings, assigning follow-up actions
- Collect logs, records, and related EHS information from Facilities, Quality, and other manufacturing teams
- Review incoming safety reports from EH2 teams, direct issues to appropriate colleagues, track actions to completion
- Facilitate reviews of EHS documents and procedures, as related to ISO 14001 & 45001 management systems
- Participate in training the EH2 team on EHS standards and procedures
- Support EHS teammates, as needed

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
