We're seeking a dynamic Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our European Sales Team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with key prospects and customers in the ICS/OT space. You'll focus on target accounts in Central Europe, working in close collaboration with our partner community to effectively manage relationships and drive successful business outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will have a successful track record of cybersecurity sales experience with a strong bias towards action and exceeding quota. As a member of a remote team, you'll be self-motivated, organized, focused, and work effectively with stakeholders across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Account Development: Responsible for cultivating new accounts and/or expanding existing ones through B2B sales of Dragos software licensing, appliances, and services.
- Resource Engagement: Effectively coordinate with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Executive teams to develop and implement comprehensive customer account plans.
- SalesForce Proficiency: Utilize SalesForce for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities, demonstrating effective CRM skills.
- Revenue Management: Drive revenue growth through the execution of complex, multi-faceted go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiation and Communication: Interface effectively with all levels of management to negotiate deals and exchange vital information.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in selling cybersecurity software and services across the Central European region.
- Proficient in C-Level relationship management, with a focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Track record of consistent sales achievement, exceeding quota in previous roles.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with experience in demonstrating software capabilities and explaining complex architectural concepts in an understandable manner.
- Bilingual proficiency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and competitive landscape.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and challenges.
