Dragonfly Energy, a Reno based lithium-ion battery manufacturer, is hiring full time Production Technicians for two shifts:

Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ***Swing Shift***

No experience needed - we are looking for reliable and motivated employees!

We are expanding rapidly and looking for the right people to grow with us! We have several positions available on a fun, tight-knit team. The role involves assembling lithium batteries and general warehouse tasks: kit assembly, sorting, packaging etc. You will also work on various stations on our production lines. Attention to detail is a must. This is an entry level position, and there is plenty of opportunity to grow with the company. Our ideal candidate would be someone that shows up to work with a great attitude and knows how to work on a team.

Overtime available periodically as needed.

Reliable transportation and punctuality is a must.

Duties

Maintain a clean work environment

Production experience preferred

Be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs.

Ability to be at work on time is a must

Complete standard work process and follow work instructions, procedures, and rotate as required.

Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business.

Operate tools (hand and motorized) and manufacturing equipment under supervision.

Escalate technical and process issues to the appropriate department leaders.

Follow safety guidelines & procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
