Position Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator is a proactive, multi-skilled professional responsible for ensuring the operational reliability and safety of facility equipment and automated systems. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role balances hands-on technical troubleshooting with a strategic focus on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between the Engineering and Production teams, executing preventative maintenance, diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical failures, and implementing long-term countermeasures to prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities

The qualified individual should have the ability to handle these tasks and more:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance duties on facility equipment
  • Perform general facilities maintenance duties
  • Troubleshoot automated equipment
  • Actively contribute to finding root causes and apply countermeasures with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the installation and relocation of equipment
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate external regulations and internal maintenance policies and procedures
  • Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through the various operations
  • Report to the Production Manager

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years maintenance experience or equivalent maintenance program covering mechanical, electrical, and electronics in the majority of their course work.
  • Strong dedication to team member morale, safety, quality, and delivery
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong understanding of units and conversions, both imperial and metric, required
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform duties in team-based, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with LOTO

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
