Dragonfly Energy Corp. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to assist in recording and maintaining accurate counts of physical inventory and manufacturing components. The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts. This individual must have strong math skills, as they will be responsible for maintaining records of large inventory counts, where accuracy is critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage procedures to optimize inventory control and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate daily activities with logistics and production personnel
  • Follow daily cycle counts as requested by supervisor
  • Record inventory data manually/electronically on a computer
  • Receive count and verify incoming orders
  • Label stock items with labeling equipment such as identification tags
  • Operate forklift for moving stock material
  • Process damaged or defective stock
  • Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
  • Ensures product and inventory into designated areas.
  • Process adjustments, transfers, and corrections of inventory when needed.
  • Reconcile products and components received and delivered on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Identify ongoing issues within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform.
  • Collaborate with logistics/production departments to resolve issues arising during the outbound shipping process
  • Collaborate with management to optimize production planning, detail scheduling and material replenishment process for maximum utilization of the warehouse facilities.
  • Ensure manufacturing component inventory levels are kept up to meet the volume needs of the production department
  • Manually handle inventory and merchandise

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject the following work environment:

  • The employee may be subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.
  • The employee is required to work in both an office environment and warehouse environment.
  • The employee may be subject to hazards in the warehouse including moving pallets; material and/or equipment handling, and power equipment operation.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

· Familiarity with ERP or inventory management system and various other software used to assist with accurate inventory (NetSuite preferred).

· Professional presentation and conduct are required, as well as an extremely high degree of integrity.

· Must be responsible and self-managed, have excellent follow-up and tracking skills and be detail oriented.

· Background check required before hire.

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
