About the Role

Coro is seeking a talented, passionate, and entrepreneurial Channel Account Manager to join our fast-growing channel sales team. This key hire will play a critical role in driving net-new business and revenue growth within an assigned region by selling through and with our partners.

This role blends traditional sales and partner management — you’ll be responsible for hunting new opportunities, supporting partners throughout the sales cycle, and closing business with precision and accountability. Success requires strong sales acumen, forecasting discipline, and the ability to drive consistent results in a partner-led model.

This is a remote role based in Germany.

Responsibilities

Sales & Partner Growth

  • Own your regional quota and drive pipeline generation and revenue through partners.
  • Hunt new opportunities and close deals by engaging directly with partners and their customers.
  • Support partners throughout the full sales cycle to accelerate and expand joint opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM discipline.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and manage strong relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver enablement and guidance that help partners position Coro successfully in the market.

Partner Enablement

  • Drive partner readiness by delivering onboarding, training, and certification programs.
  • Equip partners with sales tools, messaging, and competitive positioning to increase self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure partners are up to date on Coro’s latest offerings.
  • Support partners in building repeatable sales motions and scalable go-to-market strategies.

Reporting & Execution

  • Track partner performance and sales contribution to ensure visibility and alignment.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership.
  • Execute with operational rigor and accountability across all sales activities.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, indirect sales, or partner development within cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role driving partner-sourced revenue.
  • Ability to hunt, manage, and close deals while supporting partners in front of end customers
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Fluent in German (native-level proficiency required)
