About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives through advanced data analysis, management experience, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, data analytics, and the ability to build and deliver executive-level presentations.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing operations processes, tools, and infrastructure to support scalable growth and improve overall marketing effectiveness; and you will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Pardot with our CRM and other marketing technologies, ensuring data accuracy and effective campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Administration:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Pardot, including setting up and managing campaigns, automations, scoring, and grading models, and ensuring the platform is aligned with overall marketing goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Leverage your ability to query our marketing database, uncover insights, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics strategies.
  • Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Multi-Channel Campaign Tracking & Attribution:

  • Support and enhance multi-channel campaign tracking and attribution efforts.
  • Improve the marketing attribution model to provide better visibility into marketing's performance and contribution to revenue goals.

Collaboration & Integrations:

  • Partner with various marketing teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing tools throughout the organization.
  • Oversee integrations, data analysis, and reporting to support marketing operations.

Compensation

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations focused role at a b2b SaaS company
  • Advanced experience in Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations and data analytics.
  • Strong background in building and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Proficiency in querying marketing databases and uncovering actionable insights.
  • Experience with advanced data analysis, reporting, and integrations.
  • Ability to design and implement dashboards and reporting systems for tracking KPIs.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced analytical techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI trends and their application in marketing is beneficial.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
