Job Description
Customer marketing is a crucial part of how we engage, nurture, and inform our customers. As the Regional Manager, Customer Advocacy & Programs, South & West Europe, you will play a vital role working with the corporate, regional and local teams in the planning, content, and asset creation of agreed customer programs.
- Manage and maintain excellent relationships with key clients to generate customer referrals and testimonials, through written case studies, recorded videos, event speaking opportunities etc…
- Work closely with the sales team to obtain customer reviews and improve advocacy
- Create, maintain, and update customer landing pages and newsletters, working closely with the corporate and local marketing teams
- Develop, own, and execute on the customer marketing plan(s) in region. This includes activities such as running events, webinars, paid and organic social, email-programs, manage digital channels, public relations / communications together with appropriate agencies.
- Manage digital marketing platforms, tools and campaigns including social media and search engine marketing.
- Demand generation - Drive leads and pipeline creation focusing on customers – Upgrades, Select & Success, Product Launch
- Help maintain customer data in the CRM to the highest quality
- Monitor, review and report on marketing activity and results.
- Stay on top of market trends and industry developments in order to produce and execute on the right activities in the right channels with the right message
- Budget Responsibility. Plan, forecast and submit budget requirements.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in the business to business marketing environment preferably within the software industry
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo is preferable
- University degree within business or marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Oral and written fluency in English and French is required, additional European language is a plus (Spanish or Italian)
- Project Management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to work independently and proactive.
- Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to interact with internal/external customers
