Job Description

To help support our goal of creating amazing experiences for our clients and other team members, we are seeking a Configuration Analyst with excellent problem-solving skills, to help new and existing clients optimize the use of Benevity’s applications. This individual will be an excellent communicator, capable of supporting and providing recommendations on the technical options available to both clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate in this role will have working experience in a client-facing technical role preferably in a high-paced SAAS environment. What you’ll do:

● Go beyond the realm of support, and lean into creative solutioning to align client programs to deliver results.

● Dedicated configuration of Benevity software according to client requirements, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and objectives. We provide comprehensive support, including after-hours assistance, timely status updates, and access to expert technical service throughout the client journey.

● Partner with Engineering and Client Success teams as primary escalation point for investigating bugs, identifying functional requirements, and providing prompt response to incidents and escalations for timely and successful resolution.

● Expert participation on new product releases; responsible for learning how to configure new features and updating technical support documentation.

● Identify any one-off business rules or functional requirements for identified projects that may require additional investigation, planning and testing.

● Navigate and utilize the backend database to assist in resolving potential errors and concerns.

● Develop knowledge of existing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs to recommend configurations that align with best practices and help optimize client goals.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

● 2+ years of experience in either of the following roles: Technical Solutions Analyst/Technical Business Analyst

● Advanced skills in SQL to search and report on data is a must

● Knowledge in SSO protocols, e.g. Auth0, SAML, and OpenID Connect as well as Auth0 directory service and AWS directory service

● Understanding of AWS & WorkDay. Knowledge in Python, XPath and other programming and expression languages

● Adaptability & experience working on multiple client solutions concurrently

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies

● Highly developed interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills

● Collaborative approach to problem solving, focusing on timely excellence

● Self-motivated and can work comfortably with little direction

● Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Asana or other Team Collaboration software

● Highly organized, with a strong bias to action and a keen focus on results

● Ability to translate technical information into everyday terms

● Confidence in engaging with enterprise level clients

● Proven ability to increase business value through data-driven process enhancements
