We are looking for a talented Presales Supply Chain & MES Solution Specialist who will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions utilizing our Supply Chain and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, coupled with expertise in MES solutions, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.


  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and qualify leads for MES solutions within the supply chain domain.
  • Collaborate with BDR and marketing teams to create content for internal and external events, participate as a speaker or exhibitor at events, this means to support demand generation as conclusion.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of potential client requirements and challenges to offer IFS SCM & MES solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our MES solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on MES technology, providing insights and recommendations to clients during the presales process.
  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of our MES solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral to support the sales process.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies, to support the presales process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation phase.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, consulting, or technical sales roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Nice to have the proven record of successfully selling and implementing MES solutions within the supply chain domain.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, with experience in areas such as production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Strong analytical and issue-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
  • Fluent English communication or No hesitation for communicate with foreign colleagues.


  • Experience of the quality management, quality assurance and manufacturing execution with some KPI like OEE.
  • Experience of MES11 and working with leading MES platforms such as Siemens SIMATIC IT, Rockwell Automation MES, Dassault DELMIA Apriso, SAP MES etc
  • Experience of the manufacturing or product IoT
  • Experience working with leading ERP platforms, which manufacturing modules and such as Oracle, Infor, SAP etc
  • Experience working with leading Supply Chain Planning as I2, O9, Anaplan, KINAIXS etc
  • Certifications in supply chain management or relevant technologies (e.g., APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma) would be a plus.
