We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Aerospace and Defense Solution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industry, with expertise in providing presales support and solutions to clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and effectively communicating our value proposition.


  • In this role, you will be a strong leadership for our customers, bringing technical, industry and business acumen to the forefront to meet our customer’s needs.
  • Use a consultative approach to value-based selling to establish a deep understanding of our customers' business and technical needs.
  • Establish a 'trusted technical advisor' relationship with our customers' technologists and internal technical teammates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions for aerospace and defense industry clients.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase our products and services to potential clients.
  • Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all their presales needs.
  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on client requirements and contribute to product roadmap planning.


  • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role within the aerospace and defense industry, or minimum of 1 year of experience in a business / IT consultant role within the aerospace and defense industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace and defense systems, technologies, and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting presales activities and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
