Job Description

We are seeking a well-experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving results and demand generation in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation across two regional teams, South West Europe and Latam, where the role reports into and Northern Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Ownership of regional budget and accountable for return. Owner and executor of strategic digital campaigns across the region.
  • Regional Consultancy: Act as a subject matter expert to the wider team to ensure that non-strategic campaigns are executed in line with leading practice. Delivery on regional campaigns in designated Market Units as defined.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and ensure demand generation. Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of campaigns.
  • Budget and Agency Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve business objectives. Monitor spending and ROI to drive cost-effective marketing strategies. Ownership and management of supplier agency contracts, strategy, and delivery
  • Leading Practice: Continuous learning mindset to ensure leading practice is applied to countries, personas and campaigns. This should be gathered from both internal and external sources, working closely with the central Digital Marketing team
  • Brand Management: Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all digital marketing channels to maintain consistency and strengthen brand identity. Ensure messaging and creative assets resonate with target audiences and reflect brand values.
  • Creative design thinking: ensure that campaigns are localized to persona and market and consider how IFS can standout from the crowd within the branding framework.
  • Technology Utilization: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing tools and platforms. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance campaign performance, streamline processes, and drive innovation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide updates on digital marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate effectively to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • >5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management within the technology, software, or B2B industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent written and verbal English. Preferred French and or Dutch
