Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, advising, guiding and delivering the desired outcome for the Customer/Partner in obtaining the most value out of the IFS Success Service. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for service planning from an end-to-end delivery point of view. In addition, Service Delivery Manager will proactively advise their respective Customers/Partners to make efficient use of Service, identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and business adoption, and lead service governance for IFS in partnership with Customer Success Management, Customer Management and executive stakeholders. The Service Delivery Manager enjoys the challenge of creating, communicating and delivering the desired outcome to the customer that forms the basis for successful engagement that ultimately leads to customer advocacy and value realization to the Customer/Partner

Additionally, the selected Service Delivery Manager needs to have competence in FSM/PSO area as a special requirement to act as an ambassador in that area working closely with the Service Delivery Owner for FSM/PSO areas, ensuring contributing to the growth of service, quality controlling, guiding and advising the Service Delivery Management Community on the best use of Success Services.


  • University degree, or equivalent professional qualification (Undergraduates could be considered)
  • Understanding of IFS Applications and the delivery of IFS Service Portfolio
  • Related experience in working with FSM/PSO Products.
  • Extensive Service experience, working directly with customers
  • Experience in working with all levels of the Customer Organization
  • Good leadership skills
  • Service mindset with commercial thinking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good situation handling skills
  • Ability to read and understand customer contracts and deliver them in collaboration with IFS Service Teams
