  • Project Manager** (HYBRID) This position is hybrid and will require travel to client locations within the East San Francisco Bay Area. Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

About the Job

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing projects. This work will require collaborating with a cross-functional team spanning multiple departments and contractors.

Duties include:

  • Primary ownership of multiple projects
  • Manage projects according to Project Management Professional (PMP) principles, as applicable
  • Manage projects according to client policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and contractors
  • Attend client project meetings and field site visits
  • Provide status reports per client requirements.
  • Apprise clients of issues which may impact scope, schedule, or budget
  • Manage additional scope through the change order process
  • Regularly seek client feedback
  • Gain proficiency in the use of client software needed for project delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • May be required to work extended hours during special projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Driver’s license and ability to drive to field locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Project Management Professional Certification
