BHI Energy is seeking a Business Analyst Associate for a 4+ month contract position.

 

This position will be working with a leading residential clean energy solutions provider, providing a platform that designs, proposes and finances solar and storage projects nationwide. 

 

This company brings together finance and technology to provide customers with an all-in-one solution for powering their carbon-neutral homes by delivering accurate solar designs, affordable and flexible financing options, and the best service possible.

 

We are seeking a well-qualified candidate who is passionate about driving the clean energy revolution by building a best-in-class residential financing program. Under the direction of the QA and Process Supervisor, the Business Analyst Associate will conduct small to medium projects aimed to enhance contact center operations.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of omni-channel communications platform and associated technologies (performance management, interaction analytics, workforce management).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance contact center operations.
  • Using Studio, design and implement robust and scalable routing solutions, ensuring efficient call flows and optimal customer experiences.
  • Manage and optimize the ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) system to ensure efficient distribution of incoming calls.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain quality dashboards to ensure contact center associates are aligned with defined KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the leadership team.
 
Job Requirements

 

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

 

High School Grad / GED

Preferred Qualifications_ Bachelor's Degree associated Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or related field of study.

 

  • Must have at least 3+ year experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in - Microsoft office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), especially Excel formulas helpful in performing data analysis.
  • Using Studio, design and implement robust and scalable routing solutions, ensuring efficient call flows and optimal customer experiences.
  • Experience in performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
