Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will play a critical leadership role in crafting and executing strategic plans to achieve the company’s growth objectives. You will oversee a talented team of Sales & Marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with Atomic Data's overall goals and objectives. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success by fostering innovation, strengthening customer relationships, and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Align Sales & Marketing initiatives with the company’s broader business objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team, ensuring accountability and success.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance management to foster team growth and productivity.

Customer & Partner Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Market Analysis & Business Development:

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to guide innovation based on market insights.

Process Optimization:

  • Establish and refine sales and marketing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement measures to improve team productivity and achieve performance goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams with a focus on accountability, mentorship, and results.
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the IT services sector.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Expertise in cultivating lasting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong skills in analyzing sales data and optimizing strategies for improved performance.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in sales processes.
